Awesome pizza, whether regular or Sicilian style, very flavorful/cold-proofed dough and well baked crust. Super friendly staff, that hand delivered slices, checked in on us and made sure we enjoyed our slices!

Great pizza.. Also this place is open so late at night and HAS A BATHROOM for customers.. its so hard to find places that have food late and restrooms, perfect if u need a snack after bars and activities in east village!!

Lovely establishment with lovely people working there. I tried the margherita and pepperoni pizza. Ingredients tasted fresh and flavorful. A nice balance of cheese and sauce with enough toppings that allow you to pick up the pizza without it being a greasy floppy mess. The crust has the perfect chew and crispiness that’s satisfying to eat. Also they have hot honey as condiment that pairs perfectly with the pepperoni slice. It is a little pricey but I feel like it’s worth it.

Ran in to get a quick slice and ended up enjoying so much we HAD to get another. Started with the pepperoni then tried the Brooklyn, as recommended, both were amazing with the perfect crust and ratio of toppings. Can’t wait to go back!

The Oven's Slice is a new pizzeria that's launched in the East Village. a good neighborhood pizzeria serving up a variety of pizza pies. there's a good amount of seating for solos or groups. the interior is really clean, well maintained, and currently has spooky season vibes for Halloween, but otherwise it has a modernish with a warm pizza place decor. the counter displays at least 8-10 different types of pies. been here twice and so far tried 3 NYC-style plain cheese slices and a Marghertita slice. prefer plain slices, not a huge toppings fan--pizza purist, I am..anyhow, the plain cheese slice is a very thin crust slice with a firm crispy crust with give, so there is some flop which is why it should be folded and eaten. they don't skimp on the mozzarella cheese as it blankets the slice...and the sauce flavor has a sweet bend to it. overall, it's a solid satisfying slice and appropriate for a neighborhood pizza joint. wouldn't peg this place as a destination but a more of a place where you can grab a casual slice throughout the day or night with little to no wait. thought the Margherita slice was what it was it supposed to be and fine, but my go-to here would be a plain slice. t
